Pheasant Skewers pg. 2
4 Pheasant breasts boneless and skinless
1 (8oz) cup soy sauce
1 (8oz) cup White wine
1/2 level cup brown sugar
2 sticks green onion chopped
1 tsp fresh grated ginger.
Method:
Add all ingredients into a large zip lock bag. add the cubed pheasant meat. mix well and marinate at least 4 hours. ( toss around the ingredients every hour or so to keep the marinate evenly coated.) Remove the meat , place them on skewers, and grill untill done.
Serve with a side of soy sauce spiked with pineapple juice and ginger.
