Release of Liability Form (PDF)

To protect your dog and all other dogs in the kennel, we require the following items to be fulfilled prior to enrolling in hunting classes.

Current vaccination certificate for:
DHLPP&C
Rabies
Kennel Cough

Collar with dog tags
Travel kennel
Dog food supply
Medications


As a convience for the kennel setting, we ask that ALL females that are in season to be rescheduled after their heat cycle.

Deposit 50% due at time of booking, remaining balance billed monthly until completion.
